At Wear4School, the safety and wellbeing of children is taken seriously in everything we do. Although we are a school uniform supplier and not a childcare provider, we recognise our responsibility to operate in line with safeguarding principles and appropriate conduct.

Our approach is based on respect, professionalism and safe working practices whenever we interact with families, schools or children.

Child-Focused Environment

We aim to provide a calm, appropriate and welcoming environment for families.

Any interaction with children takes place with parents or guardians present at all times.

We do not provide unsupervised services for children and we do not engage in activities that could place children in vulnerable or inappropriate situations.

Staff Awareness and Conduct

All staff working with Wear4School are expected to:

Staff are briefed on safeguarding awareness and the importance of responsible conduct in a child-focused setting.

Working with Schools

We work in partnership with schools to support their uniform policies and standards.

Our role is to provide approved uniform items in a structured and reliable way, while respecting the safeguarding frameworks schools operate under.

Online Safety and Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with data protection requirements.

We do not collect unnecessary data relating to children and we do not use such data for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our website is designed for use by parents and guardians when placing orders.
